Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Singapore and selected international countries (taxes and import duties may apply).
We have teamed up with SF Express, Music Express, and XDel for deliveries in Singapore and FedEx and DHL outside Singapore. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel – regardless of its size.
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. There are, however, some circumstances beyond our control. You can most certainly expect your products to be delivered approximately 3-4 working days from the time of dispatch.
For orders with pianos or drums that require a set-up, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for a delivery, as we'll need to make additional delivery arrangements.
Please note that pianos, keyboards and drumsets are not assembled before delivery. Should you require an assembly for your order, please write to us here immediately after you have made your order.
Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries or repeat deliveries. We currently do not have a self-collection option. While we offer additional shipping options at a price of $10, please take note that this ensures the day and time of a delivery, not a specific date.

Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods and additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries. If you received an email update from us stating that your courier is XDel, do not be alarmed that your tracker is not working. XDel will send you updates and notifications directly to your mobile number or email address!
Click & Collect
When you select Click & Collect, we will ship your items from our warehouse to a showroom of your choice for self collection.
How to place a Click & Collect order:
Choose "Click & Collect" option at checkout
Select your showroom of choice for collection
Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes
Proceed to payment and checkout. Click & Collect orders will usually take 2 working days to be delivered to our showrooms
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a notification via email. Do note to only proceed down to the showroom for collection once the notification has been sent
You may collect your order by presenting your order number at the cashier of the designated showroom within 48 hours of notification
Do note that once your order has been confirmed, changes will not be allowed. Additionally, if you have not collected your product within the collection period, we will refund your order and return your order to our warehouse.
While we will do our best to honour your order, do note that bulky items such as pianos and e-drums may not qualify for Click & Collect.
With in-store pick-up, you can conveniently collect your online order from one of our showrooms for free. This option is only available when one of our showrooms has stock of your entire order.
The process is as follows:
Select the "In-Store Pick Up" option at checkout.
Upon payment, your order would take roughly 24 hours to process.
Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS, stating the showroom that you will be able to pick your order up from.
Collect your order from the designated showroom within 48hrs by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff and they will assist you with your order.
Do note that in-store pick-up is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. If you are unable to collect your order within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to orders with in-store pick-up from the moment your order is picked up in-store.
Due to certain brand restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship certain products overseas. In order not to incur any additional costs, please contact us here before making your order, so that we can confirm the option availability before assisting you! For orders to Vietnam, shipping costs a flat fee of $50.
General delivery time is about 5-7 working days for the Asian region and 7-10 working days for regions outside of Asia. However, unforeseen delays might be expected for customs clearance, weather condition or festive seasons. You are best advised to contact the delivery courier with your tracking number directly once your order has been dispatched.
While we primarily use FedEx for international orders, other couriers such as DHL might also be engaged when necessary, and a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Additional processing time might be needed when applicable due to more stringent packing for international dispatches.
Do note the shipping quotes we provide are only for freight and insurance (if stated) and there maybe additional charges such as import and custom charges that you may have to bear depending on your region.
Liability of FedEx for loss, damage or delay of your shipment is limited to the greater of about USD20 per kilogram or USD100 per shipment. For full insurance, kindly contact us for more information. In some cases, we require compulsory insurance and will provide a quote when applicable.
