GST Refunds For Tourists

Travellers are eligible for GST refunds when spending over $100. GST refunds are available for both online and in-store purchases. For the latest info, please refer to the IRAS website.

Online Purchase

1. Place an order on our website.
2. Visit any of our stores with your digital receipt & physical passport to register for the tax refund.

Do note that pre-orders do not qualify, and your order name must match the name on your passport.

In-Store Purchase

1. Place any order at any of our stores.
2. Let our staff know you would like to apply for a GST refund.
3. Present your physical passport in person to register for the tax refund.

Upon successful registration, you can collect your tax refund at Changi or Seletar Airport by going to the eTRS Self-help Kiosk. Visit this site for more information
