Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore and selected international countries (taxes and import duties may apply).

Home Delivery

We have teamed up with SF Express, Music Express, and XDel for deliveries in Singapore and FedEx and DHL outside Singapore. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel – regardless of its size.

The vast majority of orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. There are, however, some circumstances beyond our control. You can most certainly expect your products to be delivered approximately 3-4 working days from the time of dispatch.

Online Order Processing Steps

For orders with pianos or drums that require a set-up, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for a delivery, as we'll need to make additional delivery arrangements.

Please note that pianos, keyboards and drumsets are not assembled before delivery. Should you require an assembly for your order, please write to us immediately after you have made your order.

Shipping Delivery Exceptions

Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries or repeat deliveries. We currently do not have a self-collection option.

Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods, and additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.

Same Day Delivery

With our Same Day Delivery service, you can get your much-needed item(s) delivered within the day!

Simply select the “Same Day Delivery” option at checkout, and your order will be shipped to you on the same day you purchased it. Delivery will usually be between 4pm-8pm.

Note that Same Day Delivery orders can only be placed before 12pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same Day Delivery charges will be at $20 per order. Orders with drum kits, bass drums, marching drums, concert drums and digital pianos are also not applicable for Same Day Delivery.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil Same Day Delivery on an order due to weight or volume limitations, our team will reach out to you to assist accordingly

Click & Collect - Standard

When you select Click & Collect - Standard, we will ship your items from our warehouse to Swee Lee Flagship The Star Vista or Swee Lee Clarke Quay for self-collection.

How to place a Click & Collect - Standard order:

  1. Choose the "Click & Collect - Standard" option at checkout

  2. Select your store of choice for collection

  3. Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes

  4. Proceed to payment and checkout. Click & Collect - Standard orders will usually take 2-4 working days to be delivered to our showrooms

  5. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Do note to only proceed down to the store for collection once the notification has been sent

  6. Collect your order from the designated store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff, and they will assist you with your order.

Do note that changes will not be allowed once your order has been confirmed. Additionally, if you have not collected your product within the collection period, we will refund your order and your order may be returned to our warehouse. Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Standard orders.

While we will do our best to honour your order, do note that bulky items such as digital pianos, drum kits, bass drums, concert drums and marching drums may not qualify for Click & Collect - Standard.

Click & Collect - Express

With Click & Collect - Express, you can conveniently collect your online order from Swee Lee Flagship The Star Vista or Swee Lee Clarke Quay for free. This option is only available when one of our stores has stock of your entire order.

The process is as follows:

  1. Select the "Click & Collect - Express" option at checkout

  2. Select your store of choice for collection

  3. Upon payment, your order would take roughly 2 hours to process

  4. Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS stating the showroom from which you will be able to collect your order

  5. Collect your order from the designated store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff, and they will assist you with your order.

Do note that Click & Collect - Express is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our stores, and you can only collect your order during opening hours of the stores or showrooms. Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Express orders.

International Shipping

Due to certain brand restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship certain products overseas. In order not to incur any additional costs, please contact us before making your order, so that we can confirm the option availability before assisting you! For orders to Vietnam, shipping costs a flat fee of $50.

General delivery time is about 5-7 working days for the Asian region and 7-10 working days for regions outside of Asia. However, unforeseen delays might be expected for customs clearance, weather condition or festive seasons. You are best advised to contact the delivery courier with your tracking number directly once your order has been dispatched.

While we primarily use FedEx for international orders, other couriers such as DHL might also be engaged when necessary, and a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Additional processing time might be needed when applicable due to more stringent packing for international dispatches.

Do note the shipping quotes we provide are only for freight and insurance (if stated) and there maybe additional charges such as import and custom charges that you may have to bear depending on your region.

Liability of FedEx for loss, damage or delay of your shipment is limited to the greater of about USD20 per kilogram or USD100 per shipment. For full insurance, kindly contact us for more information. In some cases, we require compulsory insurance and will provide a quote when applicable.
