All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Under the circumstances where an unforeseen problem arises and requires a refund or exchange, Swee Lee promises to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. If you have received an order that is defective, please retain its original packaging (including it's hang-tags or any protective stickers), take some close up photos of the issue, along with a photo of the entire product, and inform us within 3 days. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any refund and exchange not meeting our eligibility guidelines.
For any refunds processed, please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be effective and completed due to bank refund transaction times.
Swee Lee reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or non-payment.
